Providers in our network run their own businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider. Keep a written record.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may also help with licensed providers.
